Educational Productions was started in 1982 by Linda Freedman and Rae Latham. As writers, video producers and parents, they wanted to use their skills to make a difference in children's lives. To do this their mission became “…to increase the skills and understanding of the adults who work with, teach and care for young children.”
Over the years, Educational Productions team of consultants and producers have consistently delivered award-winning training that quickly engages learners and gives them tools they can immediately use whether they’re working in child care, pre-K, Head Start or K-2 classrooms. Educational Productions video training is widely used in colleges and university early childhood and early childhood special education programs. And, it has helped thousands of parents gain new insights and skills to give their young children the very best start.
Today, the company has a rich archive of high quality training assets, including video programs, a video clip library, CD-ROM-based training and video-based distance learning courses. It now provides digital video from this archive to developers of onsite and distance training.
