Course description
This course teaches foundational communication skills that significantly change what happens in early childhood classrooms and child care settings. It shows how using positive communication helps every child, including English Language Learners and children with special needs. Carefully scaffolded lessons present a learn-and-practice format that teaches to use positive communication to support learning, social-emotional development and classroom management efforts. Presented on a highly interactive CD-ROM, this unique training uses video examples that model strategies and that provide opportunities to practice new skills. Teacher interviews, interactive learning activities, opportunities to reflect and create action plans are woven throughout this unique learning experience. Key support for children from 3 to 8 years.

- Windows: Windows 98/NT/2000/XP and a 667-MHz Pentium III or better.
- Macintosh: Mas OS 9.2.2 -and- OS 10.2.8 or higher and a 333-MHz, G3 processor or better.
