Learn how to gather information, adjust expectations and individualize your interventions.
Video demonstrations are a key component of this course. These video segments were captured documentary style in a variety of classrooms and care settings. A sample video clip focuses on common assumptions that can be made about misbehavior. it shows the response of teachers whocarefully consider what might be the cause of a child's misbehavior and the positive strategies they implement to support change. Other video scenes show examples of the strategies presented in the coursework, so that you can see how they are implemented by highly skilled teachers and how children react and respond.
