What are the benefits of ordering online?

Can I still order over the phone?

If for any reason you feel more comfortable speaking with us directly, we will be happy to take your call at 1-800-950-4949 (Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., EST). In fact, we provide a number of ordering options to suit your needs.

If you are concerned or confused about our online ordering capabilities, we would greatly appreciate your feedback. Our goal is to provide you with quality products as quickly, safely, and securely as possible, and your input helps us improve our service.

How does the shopping cart work?

Our shopping cart is a simple way to help make your shopping easy. It is designed to keep track of the various items that interest you while you shop, so you can "check out" and purchase the items all at once. For example, when you see an item you may want to purchase, choose English or Spanish language version, choose a quantity and click on the "Add to Shopping Cart" button, then continue shopping. At any time, you can click on "Your Cart" to see what items you have chosen and how much they cost. Or you can remove an item from the cart by clicking on the "remove" button.

How do I place an order online?

  • Browse through Educational Productions' Online Store. When you find something you'd like to purchase, choose English or Spanish language version, choose a quantity and click on the "Add to Shopping Cart" button.
  • After selecting an item, you can continue shopping by clicking on the "Browse EP Titles" button.
  • When you have finished shopping and want to arrange payment and shipping, click on "Checkout."
  • The Online Store will lead your through the proper forms to complete your order.

How do I pay for an order I place in the Online Store?

We are pleased to accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Impact Cards, or purchase order**. If using a credit card, it will prompt you for credit card information. If you have an item you would like to purchase via check or money order, or if you have any questions about ordering products or payment methods, please call toll free 1-800-950-4949, 8:30 a.m.-7:00 p.m. p.m., EST, Monday through Friday and talk with one of our Customer Service Representatives. Check s should be made out to Teaching Strategies Inc.

***How do online purchase orders work?
If you select the purchase order (PO) option, you must first complete your order online. Then fax a copy of the order confirmation page and the actual purchase order to 301-634-0826 within FIVE (5) business days of placing your order, or it will be canceled. Once we receive your PO, your order will be processed within 72 hours. Your order will not be processed until the purchase order is received.

How are orders shipped?

Orders sent to addresses within the 48 contiguous United States are shipped via UPS Ground and take approximately 5 to 7 business days to arrive. For additional shipping information and options, please visit our shipping information page.

Will I receive a confirmation of my online order?

If you provide us with an e-mail address, you will receive an e-mail confirmation within minutes of placing your order. If no e-mail address is provided, you may call Educational Productions at 1-800-950-4949 between the hours of 8:30 a.m.-7:00 p.m. EST, Monday through Friday, to make sure we have received and processed your order.

Can I change or cancel my online order once it's been submitted?

While we can't guarantee we will be able to cancel your order before it's processed to ship, you may e-mail us at custserv@edpro.com or call Educational Productions at 1-800-950-4949, 8:30 a.m.-7:00 p.m. EST, Monday through Friday. Have your full name, address, and e-mail address available when you call. We will try to accommodate your request. If your order has already been processed to ship, you can return it for full credit or refund, less shipping and handling charges.

Can I submit international orders through your website?

Canadian customers may order through our Online Store and have the order shipped to your Canada address. All other international orders may be done via mail, fax or phone. We provide a number of ordering options to suit your needs. For more details before ordering, please check with an Educational Productions' Customer Service Representative. How do I return an item I do not want to keep?

To safely return videos and accompanying written material, you may ship your return to:

To obtain proper credit, please include with your return a copy of your invoice or packing slip.

We strongly suggest insuring each package for the full cost of the contents and shipping via a traceable method, such as UPS or Federal Express.

Is there a money back guarantee with your products?

Yes. If you are not completely satisfied with any Educational Productions product, simply return the item in salable condition within 30 days of the invoice date. You pay nothing except shipping. We are always interested in hearing from you. So please call us toll free at 1-800-950-4949 Monday through Friday 8:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. EST and give us feedback about your order.

What are the technical requirements for playing video and audio clips in the Online Store?
