When I go to checkout, why is my shopping cart empty?

This is often caused by putting an item in your cart and then hitting the "Back" button on your browser. Rather than hitting the "Back" button, we recommend that you use the links provided on the page. The "Continue Shopping" button will take you where you need to go. We also recommend that you don't click on the "Reload" key while you are working with your shopping cart (for example, after placing an item in your cart, or while reviewing its contents). Hitting "Reload" may cause multiple shopping carts to appear, or prompt "Cart is empty" message even though you can review cart contents.

Empty cart problems can also be caused by using "bookmarks" to navigate our site. We address this issue in greater detail in the question below.

Another reason for an empty shopping cart may be that you did not choose VHS or DVD format, or you did not choose a language version, when English or Spanish versions are available. Be sure to click the appropriate radio buttons at the bottom of the product ordering page to complete your product selection.

Why do I keep getting cookie warnings?

Older versions of some web browsers have an option enabling cookies while warning you each time they are used. Our store works best with cookies, but does not require them. If you would like to change your cookie notification settings, look up "cookies" within your browser's Help materials.
